A Psychokinetic's Guide to Electrokinesis
Background Information: When I initially started trying out Electrokinesis, I came across many different places that all offered help… but the information was repetitive. Don't get me wrong, the information was of help, but only minimal help, and it seemed to me that not much is or was known about this specific psychokinetic application. So, I decided to delve into methods of my own. Over a period of weeks and months and through the process of trial and error, I managed to compile all my notes into this handy, dandy guide to electrokinesis. I hope you find this guide useful.
I. What is Electrokinesis?
Electrokinesis is thought of as the psychokinetic ability to manipulate electricity or the flow of electrons. Some people think that this is nonexistent and "fluffy", but I don't. Electrokinesis isn't at all difficult to get down. It's progressing that posses an issue to most people, but that can be done as well. One good thing about electrokinesis is that it relates closely with energy working. So if you’re a psionic energy worker, you'll find that you're doing the exact same thing, only applying it to a different skill.
II. Types of Electrokinesis and Branches
There are two main branches of Electrokinesis (EK). The two branches are internal EK and external EK. With internal, you focus only on yourself and the electricity you generate. With external, you focus on everything besides yourself. Most likely, "everything else" would be electronic devices such as televisions, radios, calculators, etc, etc. As long as you practice either one, than you’re considered (at least by me) to be an electrokinetic. Practicing both branches is a good thing to consider, but I recommend starting with internal.
III. Internal Electrokinesis
Charging
There are many uses for charging, but the main reason is to have excess electrons to deal with. So with charging, you store excess electrons needed for electrokinesis. One thing to remember is that without excess electrons when working with internal EK, you won't get anywhere. All you will be doing is putting a strain on your mind and body, which isn't a good thing.
There is no right or wrong way to charge because different methods give different results to different people. I'll present a basic method of charging. Later on, you can build off of it and create your own technique. Now, EK charging is very similar to psi-energy charging. If you can do psi-energy charging then most likely you won't have difficulties doing EK charging. Now, when you charge for EK, begin with a basic psi-energy charge and then completely and utterly ignore the magnetic part of the charge. Meaning, you'll only focus on the tingling. Now, that tingling that you feel will then become the representation of electrons. As you continue charging, with your focus only directed to the electrons, make the charge become more dynamic and excited. As you charge and let the electrons out of your body, if you're a beginner, keep them close to you. Remember to stay in control of your charge. While you're charging those electrons outside of your body, have the charge become more dense and heavy and even more dynamic. Try to visualize the electrons jumping around you. Try imagining the sound of electricity while you do this as well. By doing this, you've charged yourself.
Sparking
There are no real reasons for sparking than to have fun. With sparking, you could shock people and shock yourself. There could possibly be practical uses for sparking, such as using sparking for a "lamp", so to speak. That's about all I can think of for now… other than that, it'll all be for fun.
Again, like charging, there is no right or wrong way to spark. One method that I suggest, though, would be to start grouping the electrons. As you group them, have them become excited and jumpy. Make them have more collisions with each other and make the collisions more frequent. It also helps to think about electricity sparking and popping and to imagine hearing the sounds and feeling the sparks as they pop. Of all the internal EK skills to learn, I'd say that sparking is the most difficult for most people. Although it is directly related to charging, it just seems to be hard to progress in it. It takes a lot of energy.
Currentselectrokinesiscurrents
There are unlimited uses for creating and maintaining electrical currents. One use (that's nothing more than flashy) is to magnetize pieces of metal. A few other uses are turning electrical devices on/off, creating magnetic fields, etc.
There are only a few major things to consider before you start making currents. To make a current, you'd first have to have excess electrical energy in your body/system. Another thing to consider is that a current is a flow of electrons from point A to point B. If you want your currents to be strong, you'll have to make them stable. So to make a current, just simply charge up with EK and then send electrons in a uniform way from point A to point B. Visualize and feel them moving quickly. If you want, you can visualize bolts of electricity traveling from point A to point B, but don't visualize it as a whole bolt. Visualize it as bolt comprised of millions of compacted electrons, all heading in the same direction.
A way to test this is to get two metallic objects (preferably small nails and/or paper clips) and charge them up with EK. Then, after you've charged them, put them together and cause all the electrons to quickly flow from one end of the connected metallic objects, through the point of connection (where they objects are touching) and then to the other end. Then repeat this, except send the electrons in the other direction this time. After a while, slowly and gently try to pull the metallic objects apart. Can you feel any magnetism?
IV. External Electrokinesis
External electrokinesis (or External EK) is electrokinesis dealing with things around you that carry electrical currents. Those things would be things such as electronic devices, and other people and life forms. External EK can be used to turn electronic devices on or off as well as a few other things. One other example is making an electronic device do something (making a television change channels, for instance). Now it is time for the techniques.
There are different ways to produce external EK effects. One way is to find a low voltage device and get the feeling of the flow of electrons in the device, then break or scatter the current. Another method would be to project energy into the device, and then scatter the electrons. One thing to remember with external EK is that the effect will not remain unless you sustain it. So, if you want to maintain that external EK effect, maintain focus on your goal.
Conclusion
That is it for a Psychokinetic's Guide to Electrokinesis. I hope you enjoyed it, enjoy practicing it and enjoy using it. Now go out and have fun with your newly acquired knowledge!
