Psychokinesis FAQ

How do I get some utensils to practice?
~Dollar General, Wal-Mart and many other stores sell individual packs of spoons and forks. Be sure to check how hard the utensils are before you buy them. Where I live, the Wal-Mart utensils are VERY soft, which isn't very good for me, since I need more of a challenge. If you'd like to start with softer utensils, then go right ahead. It's up to you.
What do I need? Spoons? Forks? Something else?
~Well, if you want to be classic, go ahead and get some spoons. Honestly, I love bending spoons. It feels so cliche' and that makes it very fun for me. If you want the best deal, however, I recommend forks. You can bend a fork's handle, then each of its four prongs. You can only bend a spoon's handle (unless you're very, very good and can bend the bowl of the spoon, which not many people can (try, it's hard)).
Do you have to get into a very relaxed state before you try it?
~You don't have to, but it will probably help. It's much easier to concentrate on something when you're relaxed.
Does the metal get hot?
~No, it doesn't. It simply gets softer. When you actually bend it, the metal may get a little warmer, but that is only from friction, not psychokinesis.
How do you get the utensil to feel like it's a part of you?
~I send my energy through it and visualize it's energy mixing with mine. Eventually, I would feel a connection with it.
Does it matter if the utensil is small/thin/weak or not?
~Well, the cheaper and weaker the utensil is, the easier it will be to bend. You may want to try a few weak ones at first and then move onto stronger ones when you get better, but it really doesn't matter.
My untensil broke. Does that happen a lot?
~If the utensil broke, you were using more physical force than psychokinesis. Concentrate harder next time, and take your time to soften the utensil as much as you can. Remember, the more energy you use, the softer the utensil should get.
Can psychokinesis soften other things? Plastic, wood, etc.?
~I'm not sure, but I've heard a few stories that suggest that it is possible. Experiment. See if you can get any results. If you do, let me know. I'll change this answer.
So I just need to concentrate on the utensil?
~No, you need to concentrate on the utensil getting SOFTER.
Is it supposed to get hard again?
~Yes. The psychokinesis should wear off in a little while and the utensil should go back to the way it was. If you bent the utensil, it should be harder than it was before because when metal is bent out of shape, the cells are damaged and become harder than they were before.
Sitting in a quiet place? Would that help?
~If it helps you concentrate, then yes. Honestly, I prefer music playing. Do whatever makes concentrating easier for you.
I'm holding my spoon, now what? I read your article but it doesn't work for me.
~Make sure you're putting as much effort into this as you can. Chances are you're not going to get it right away. Try each method a few times before giving up that method. If you have a better idea for a method, try it. There's no definite way to do this.
So send energy to my hands like I would for a psiball?
~That's the first step. From there, send the energy into the utensil and program it to soften the utensil.
Can I do this by just feeling heat in my hands and trying to make the feeling stronger?
~You don't use heat to to soften the utensil, but visualizing heat softening the utensil should work. You don't actually use heat, but using it as a visualization should work. Try it and see if it works for you.
Do I need to close my eyes?
~No, you don't have to, but if it helps you, then by all means close them.
So how long does adding energy to the utensil take?
~It depends on how well you can control the energy, but the more time you take, then more energy you will have added and the softer the utensil should get.
Where does the energy come from when I soften the utensil?
~It's up to you. It can be your energy, or it can be gathered from another source. You can even use multiple sources if you'd like.
I couldn't do it. I felt a connection to it and then tried to bend it but it was as hard as before.
~Add more energy to the utensil and concentrate more on the utensil softening. Also remember that you'll probably need to practice for a little bit before you notice any progress.
Can you soften a utensil enough to poke/stab something through it?
~Honestly, I don't know for sure, but I would say no. No utensil that I've ever bent was soft on the surface like that. The utensil simply bent easily when I applied a little bit of force.
Good luck with your psychokinesis!
